well after continuous questions and quires i decided to create a place were anyone can write and ask a question. from anything on diets to health to advices on food. i believe that with the write knowledge you can create a diet thats suits you. i mention diets for me a diet is not based on restrictions or rules. however a healthy way that makes food work for you.

so what i want to do is have all you questions and problems that you have with food. for any per pose i will look to give you the answer.

I have a question regarding the effect of sugar on the body, in particular I wondered if you could tell me whether it is possible to remove entirely from diet and if this will negatively impact energy levels? Also.. is there a supplement that is sugar free that can be taken to maintain energy??

  2. thats interesting as sugar its self is present in many different forms as in comes as fructose in fruit and lactose in dairy. same as in carbohydrate you see. however we can theoretically remove white cane sugar as its self is an additive. for energy caffeine can be incorporated as a simulate to provide the body with an increase in adrenalin in order to keep the body moving. so yes you can have a supplement the has the effects of energy in caffeine however it is temporally as a crash will ensure in the balance of the energy expended is not reastablished.
